Very cool article on the issues with solving complex problem, and how our one size (technology) fits all isn’t necessarily the answer. To me, this is where Design Thinking comes in… to creatively think about all the facets of a problem and approaches. You need to have multi-disciplinary teams to help determine best approaches.
